Wednesday October 31st: Halloween Party 10:30am-11:30am

Students may wear their costumes to school as we will go on a parade at 8:30am.  Please make sure that costumes do not have masks or weapons and that students are wearing appropriate shoes.  Students will not be allowed to change in and out of costumes at school.  

Tuesday November 20th: Thanksgiving Feast 10:15am-11:15am

All Kindergartners are on early schedule and will get together for a feast in the MPR.  The feast is a culmination of our study of Native Americans, Pilgrims, and the first Thanksgiving.  A note will be going home asking for a food item to be donated.  Thank you!

Friday December 21st:  Holiday Party 10:30am-11:30am

All Kindergartners are on early schedule.  It is pajama day, so students may wear their pajamas to school but must wear tennis shoes as they will be playing outside.  We will be having a voluntary book exchange.  Students participating in the book exchange should select a new, non-gender specific book that does not exceed $5.00.  Please have the book at school by Thursday, December 20th and have the book wrapped with your child's name labeled as the "from" person.

Thursday February 14th:  Valentine's Party 10:30am-11:30am

All Kindergartners are on early schedule.  We will pass out valentines at the beginning of the day.  If your child would like to hand out valentines they need to have one for every child in the class with their name clearly written.  Students need to bring their valentines to school with them that morning.  Look for more information and a class list as the date approaches.

Students must wear a Crestview shirt or uniform shirt, jeans or their uniform pants, and comfortable casual shoes for walking and going through the corn maze.  All students must bring a disposable sack lunch with their name clearly marked as we will be eating at the park. Please be waiting to pick up your child at 12:30pm when we arrive back at school.

All students will be on the afternoon schedule on the day of their field trip.  Students must wear a Crestview shirt or uniform shirt, jeans or their uniform pants, and comfortable casual shoes for walking around the aquarium.  All students must bring a disposable sack lunch with their name clearly marked as we will be eating lunch before school lunches are served.  Please be waiting to pick up your child at 2:10pm when school ends.  If you are interested in chaperoning please talk to your child's teacher.

April:  Discovery Museum

All kindergartners will be on the morning schedule.  Students must wear a Crestview shirt or uniform shirt, jeans or their uniform pants, and comfortable casual shoes for walking and being outside.  All students must bring a backpack with a water bottle and a disposable sack lunch inside.  Hats will be provided and sunscreen is recommended.
